Settings

The Settings page allows Super Admins to configure system-wide features and module-specific options.

Accessing Settings

1. Navigate to Control Center > Settings
2. You must have the Super Admin role to access this page

Available Settings

General

Setting	Type	Description
AI Chat	Toggle	Enable or disable the AI Chat assistant sidebar for all users. When disabled, the AI chat sidebar will not be available.

Personnel Management

Setting	Type	Description
Compensatory Leave Type	Text	The leave type ID that receives credits when compensatory time is recorded.
Split Leave Credit Ledger	Toggle	Show separate side-by-side boxes for Vacation Leave and Sick Leave in the credit ledger.

Editing a Setting

1. Click on the setting row or the edit button
2. Update the value in the modal
3. Click Save
4. Changes take effect immediately

AI Chat

The AI Chat feature provides an assistant sidebar that helps users query data using natural language. When enabled, users can access the assistant from the sidebar.

Disabling AI Chat

1. Go to Control Center > Settings
2. Click on the AI Chat setting
3. Set the value to Disabled
4. The AI chat sidebar will be hidden for all users
