Control Center

The Control Center is your central hub for managing users, roles, security settings, and system administration. Access the Control Center from the main navigation to configure and maintain your organization's account settings.

Overview

The Control Center provides administrators with tools to:

  • Manage Users - Create, edit, enable/disable user accounts
  • Assign Roles - Control access through role-based permissions
  • Configure Security - Set up two-factor authentication and passkeys
  • Monitor Activity - Track user sessions and activity logs

Accessing the Control Center

  1. Click on the Control Center link in the main navigation
  2. You must have the appropriate administrator role to access these features
  3. Different sections may require different permission levels

Control Center Sections

Users

The Users section allows you to:

  • View all system users
  • Create new user accounts
  • Edit user profiles and settings
  • Enable or disable user access
  • Generate temporary passwords
  • View user activity logs

Roles

The Roles section allows you to:

  • View all available roles in the system
  • Assign roles to users
  • Understand what permissions each role provides
  • Manage organization-specific role assignments

Security

The Security section covers:

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) setup
  • Passkey/WebAuthn management
  • Session monitoring
  • Password policies

Who Can Access the Control Center?

Access to the Control Center is restricted to users with administrative roles:

Super AdminFull access to all Control Center features
User ManagerCan manage users and assign roles
DeveloperAccess to developer tools and system settings

Note: Regular users can access their own profile and security settings through the Profile menu, but cannot access the Control Center's administrative features.

Getting Started

If you're new to the Control Center, we recommend starting with:

  1. Review existing users - Understand who has access to the system
  2. Understand roles - Learn what each role allows users to do
  3. Set up security - Encourage users to enable 2FA or passkeys
  4. Monitor activity - Regularly check activity logs for security
